Standard Service Rates
- ✓ Service Call: Includes travel to your location and 1st hour of diagnostic assessment.
- ✓ Transparent Billing: Hourly labor is billed in precise 15-minute increments after the first hour, so you only pay for the time needed.
- ✓ Mileage: Additional travel fees may apply outside a 25-mile service radius from our home office.
Additional Information
- ✓ Warranty Work: We perform valid Generac warranty repairs at NO COST to you.
- ✓ Emergency Service: Available 24/7 for after-hours needs and storm response. (Note: Pre-payment may be required).
- ✓ Environmental Fee: A small fee applies to services requiring improved fluid disposal to protect our community.
